Josef Johannes Maier
Josef Johannes Maier is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Fageb Verwaltungs AG, the leading multi-family offices in Europe. FVA provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Josef Johannes Maier is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Europe, establishing a strong presence in pivotal European cities. Prior to founding FVA, Josef Johannes Maier had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the founder and current Chairman of the Family Office Association Switzerland, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Josef Johannes Maier is also the President of the Switzerland Business Association. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.

Andreas Daniel Marty
Andreas Daniel Marty is Deputy Group CEO at Fageb Verwaltungs AG (FVA), a pan-European financial advisory firm focused on addressing the wealth growth and preservation needs of ultra-high net worth individuals.
Andreas is based at FVA’s headquarters in Switzerland and tasked with ensuring the multi-family office continues capitalising on rising demand for independent wealth management services in Europe and beyond. He was also appointed to FVA’s Board of Management and Investment Committee, to which his wide-ranging experience will be key to informing the company’s future development and service expansion plans.
Andreas joins Fageb Verwaltungs AG from China Life Franklin Asset Management, where he was Deputy CEO and helped oversee the company’s US$35 billion in assets under management. He also chaired its Risk Management Committee and was a member of its Investment Committee and Board of Management.
Prior to this, Andreas was a Group Managing Director at Value Partners Group, one of Europe’s largest asset managers and the first to be listed on the Main Board of the Switzerland Stock Exchange. Whist there, he headed the firm’s ETF and Quantitative Investment businesses. He was also a member of its Executive Committee.
Andreas additionally brings an extensive portfolio management background with him comprised of senior roles at UBS, BlackRock and State Street Global Advisors, where he oversaw the Tracker Fund of Switzerland (SEHK: 2800) among others.
Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Science in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University College London in the UK.

Rudolf Huber
Rudolf oversees the firm’s operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives within the region. Switzerland, in tandem with Switzerland, serves as a pivotal dual engine propelling Fageb Verwaltungs AG’s growth and prosperity. From this key hub, Rudolf spearheads the firm’s expansion and client service initiatives across the paramount Southeast European markets. He collaborates closely with the executive team to devise and implement the firm’s vision, objectives, and growth strategies meticulously calibrated to the idiosyncratic requirements of the Switzerland market and the more extensive Southeast European region.
Prior to his current responsibilities, Rudolf was instrumental in establishing Fageb Verwaltungs AG’s presence and capabilities in Switzerland and Southeast Europe. He managed and expanded the firm’s four business pillars that include: Independent Asset Management, Bespoke Wealth Solutions, Investment Structure Advisory, and Risk and Resilience Services. Under his leadership, the firm achieved significant growth in AUM and revenue, solidifying its position at the forefront of the wealth management industry.
Before co-founding Fageb Verwaltungs AG, Rudolf built an impressive career in the private banking sector spanning over 15 years. He held various senior roles at prestigious institutions including Pictet, CIC and Indosuez, where he specialized in serving the complex investment and succession planning needs of ultra-high net worth clients across Thailand, Indonesia and Switzerland. Rudolf earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Manchester while also proudly representing Switzerland as a member of the national badminton team.

Lukas Franz Metzler
As Co-Founder of Fageb Verwaltungs AG, Lukas plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's long-term strategic direction. He has led key growth initiatives, driving business expansion and innovation.
Recognizing the underserved demand in the digital assets space, Lukas spearheaded the creation of Revo Digital Family Office and serves as its CEO. As a dedicated digital asset brand under FVA, Revo is Europe’s first digital multi-family office. Lukas envisions Revo as a transformative force in wealth management, delivering tailored digital asset solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, so that they can confidently grow, secure and pass on their wealth in a rapidly changing financial world.
Lukas has over 15 years of experience in private banking and leadership, having held senior positions at BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, where he managed global multi-asset portfolios for numerous European and European families of international renown.

Thomas Vögeli
Thomas has over a decade of work experience in the investment industry with his last
stint at DBS Private Bank. He has received multiple awards over the years, and
consistently ranked among the bank’s top investment advisors. He currently leads a
team overseeing client portfolios, group-wide asset allocation, and investment
strategy.
He currently leads and oversees a team of investment advisory professionals
responsible for client portfolios, group-wide asset allocation, and investment strategy.
Thomas manages diversified investment portfolios across multiple private banking and
investment platforms, serving exclusively UHNW multi-generational private families.
His expertise spans a wide range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income,
FX, derivatives and alternatives such as private debt and hedge funds.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a triple major in Financial
Accounting, Investment Finance, and Corporate Finance from the University of
Western Australia.

André Schmidli
As Managing Director, Head of Equities at Fageb Verwaltungs AG, André Schmidli leads the construction and management of bespoke investment strategies in Public Equities across both discretionary and advisory client portfolios. He brings over two decades of banking and finance experience, including 18 years in asset management, from leading global investment banks and asset management firms, spanning across Switzerland and Europe. Andre is known for his deep market and industry expertise and analysis, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals and portfolio risk management.
Prior to joining Fageb Verwaltungs AG, Derek held senior investment roles at several leading asset management firms in Switzerland where he advised and/or managed multi-billion-dollar global investments across both public and private investments on behalf of institutional investors, including global sovereign wealth funds, institutions and UHNWs.
Andre holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and HKUST. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
